Looks so great makes use out of an otherwise wasted space
I have been wanting a smaller corner shelf in my dining area for a long time and finally I decided to try this one! It looks absolutely fabulous in my corner and makes the whole dining area look about 10X classier than it did before. Its aming how much difference it makes aesthetically.
It was fairly easy to put together but, I found the instructions sometimes a little difficult to understand. Some of the images show a bunch of things going in at once and its difficult to make out which pieces are which from the picture at least my eyes had a difficult time with it. They are however pretty straightforward and easy to understand and follow. Bags and parts are labeled to make sure you find the right number/letter to put together.
Once assempled it does feel pretty sturdy it pressure is applied top to bottom anyways. It doesnt take much pressure to tip it in any of the three directions though. It does have anchors and screws to adhere it to the corner walls for more security but unfortunately it wouldnt work well in my corner unless I removed the floor baseboard to get it to sit flush against the wall. The good thing is that in a corner it doesnt get much pressure applied in any direction and would likely not have much of any problems with then being tipped.
Inside it has the bottom built in shelf and then an adjustable shelf that can go in 1 of 3 positions but not far from center. Its not the roomiest of units though. I was hoping maybe I could store table linens and place settings inside it but neither fit very well. I couldnt fit my dishes inside very well either but smaller less used items could probably find a home here or things like candles, maybe smaller vases.
Overall, Im happy with it despite it not fully meeting up to my intended use.
