Let me start by saying I am using an old spring mattress until my new Mattress comes in next week. We waiting to see how this purchase went before we moved forward on a mattress and we had some issues with on the seamlessly daily price change on this product.
On the product itself it came in a very heavy box but my son had it together in about 15/20 minutes. The foot motor stopped going down after 20 minutes and after we switched wires around to trouble shoot the problem and after we figured out it was the controller, we called customer service number and talked to a wonderful girl named Gayle not some machine and she sent us out a new controller that day. I have to say understands customer service and even thou we had a problem they acted like it was the end of the world and jumped through hoops to correct the problem. Thanks again Gayle at
Oh, the Brand 14 mattress has been ordered on and I cant wait. Would definitely buy again.
