This adjustable frame is awesome. It is so much cheaper than what I found in stores that I had to try it. It did not disappoint! It works as advertised and support is fantastic! After a year of use, the frame got finicky and did not raise smoothly and motors were going off randomly. We thought we would have to purchase another frame but after contacting support, they overnighted us a new control module! Out of the one year warranty! After a quick install (very easy), it was as good as new! Thank you . We love our king size adjustable bed frame! Fantastic Size.
