The bottom cushions where you sit could be a little more plush. If you sit between the chaise lounge and the rest of the couch, there are bars that are very uncomfortable after a time, but necessary for the structure. We added a bunch of throw pillows so it has helped some. The storage function is by far the best feature of this couch! Still comfortable to sleep on. Folding it from sleeper to sofa is simple. Assembly was relatively easy. It does arrive in multiple boxes. They are bulky, but 2 thirty year olds were able to carry them up a flight of stairs and assemble in under an hour. Very sturdy.
