The couch connector brackets were came in twisted shape so I have to order new brackets on . You shouldve send me extra brackets but the Customer Service only said i can help you to return it. I almost break the couch for fix that brackets (its very tin wood). The color is darker than the images. It just gray, not light gray. Its good enough.
