I have three of these and have found them very useful in unexpected situations. I even used one of them for an emergency fence repair during a storm last winter. The small one is just the right hight that I can bend over the fence and take care of food and water without opening the gate. Very sturdy and it is worth buying the cover which also can be used to protect your floor. I hve used these for an ailing dog and for protecting baby chicks from predators.
