I really like this chair! I received it as a gift for Christmas 2020 and have used it every day since. I didnt know it was a full 360 swivel until we assembled it and I sat down. That has been the best part!my boyfriend and I have to rock, paper, scissors for who gets to sit in it sometimes. Its quiet, pretty comfy, and sturdy. Its also easy to assemble and move if needed. I have a destructive puppy and even she hasnt gotten through the chair! Yet
My only issues have been with the cushion. I got a white one and the grease from the part of the chair that swivels stained it, it started going flat within a couple months (even with regular fluffing and rotation), and the ties in the back started to rip off soon after I got it (even though I left some slack) so I have to be careful when removing it. The cushion also gets pulled down around the area my head rests. Part of all that is from regular use and wear, but part of it is from poor construction. Im not too upset about it going flat since I do sit in it daily, but the grease stain and ties tearing is a little annoying. I keep a fluffy blanket folded over the back to cushion my head and a small pillow in the seat so I dont feel the bars in my tush.
Overall, its a great buy! Im going to buy a new cushion, but the chair itself is worth it.
