Ive been wanting a chair for my living room and this one is perfect. It was challenging to put together but I got it done. The only issue I had was that one of the leveling feet is stripped and I couldnt get it installed. Ive tried 3 times to call the company and spent almost an hour on hold and never spoke to a representative. I tried pulling up the website but it wouldnt load. Without the leveling feet Im hesitant to put the chair on my hardwood floors for fear it will scratch my floor.
