The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! When I got it the box was damaged but didnt think much of it but once I opened it I noticed that that the package that contained the screws and things was opened and most of the the screws and other things had fell out so began putting the stand together. I run out of some of the pieces that holds the stand in place when I get to putting the top part on I chose not to put the doors on. But other than that Im satisfied with my purchase.
