One of the couch cushions does not match the rest of the couch. I emailed claims department and informed them of the issue. It has been six weeks and they still have not informed me if they will replace the cushion with one that matches. Im now elevating the issue with management. Their corporate structure is listed on their website, so contacts are easy to look up.
I also notified of the issue, they said the only option they could provide was to return the couch and that I would have to pay a restocking fee of around 150. Obviously, this is not an option.
Andas others have said, the couch cushions are very stiff. The angle of the back of the couch is also very stiff and the angle of the backrest is almost straight up. Also, I cant touch the ground when sitting because the cushions are deep and around 19 from the groundgranted, Im 57, so this may not be an issue for others.
