We ordered two of these umbrellas for our new backyard kitchen and we LOVE the umbrellas / great colors and easy to raise up/tilt. The overall quality seems terrific (we just got them so we will have to see how they wear). We did not notice the overall length of the umbrella when we ordered it, so we contacted the company to see if we could get longer poles for the bottom 1/2 of the umbrella and they were awesome! Very responsive and helpful to our situation. I would highly recommend this product!
