I have a large vase and a 43 inch smart tv on top of this, and clothing in the inner shelves. It is a beautiful piece, and a friend of mine put it together. He has done a lot of this as he worked in a department store as a furniture salesman, and put many pieces of furniture like this together. It took him about 3 1/2 hours. He said it wasnt the easiest hes done, but it was worth the effort. Im very pleased with it. I watch it every day since its in my bedroom. Satisfied.
