So, I did not assemble this myself, my friend did. I did watch the assembly, however, and it looked pretty straightforward! It seems super sturdy. I bought it for extra seating to double as a guest bed. I wanted something that could handle a lot of weight since my mother is a plus size woman. It seems super sturdy! And feels like quality material. Its also cute! I would recommend. Product was just as descriproduct
