Full service delivery wasnt full service at all, almost left it in the rain
Couch is a good deal, though not terribly comfortable. The main issue was delivery, we were given a message to make room and take accommodations for staff for the full service delivery. When it arrived it was only one guy with a pallet jack who refused to enter the home.
It was pitched as a full service delivery and all the guy was willing to do was shove it in the garage. Not super sturdy.
