I love the look of this fireplace heater. But the way its packaged for shipping is very flawed and does not protect the product and so mine came damaged. There is a scratch on the front and the door is loose and wont stay flush with the front of it. I contacted and they were able to give me a discount for it being damaged. I didnt want to go through the trouble of disassembling and packaging it back up.
