Arrived quickly, true to online description. However, product arrived with the magnetic door not latching. Its basically a glorified space heater, but I love the atmosphere that it creates. Super quiet, good heat output, remote works fairly well from across the room, if nothing blocks the way. Love the option to run the fire, but not the heat for when you just want some ambience.
