Highly recommend! The Good: The product is absolutely gorgeous and the installation wasnt as difficult as the other reviews made it seem. It feels like a really good quality product and is sturdy.
The Bad: The reason I cant give this 5 stars is because of their logistics. This product comes in 3 separate packages which I didnt know. I only received 2 of the 3 so when we unboxed and couldnt even complete step 1, we had a mess and incomplete bed frame resulting in us sleeping with a mattress on the floor. Their customer service was good and provided a replacement as soon as possible but the delivery of that took 2 weeks so it was a bit miserable for some time.
However, now that we are all set up, we put those 2 weeks behind us and are enjoying the look and feel of the frame.
