received desk today and was assembling. in step 2 they have you attach crossbar , when I reached step 4 end bracket would not attach. looked for a costumer service number but can only reach via email. and will get back to you within a day. I think bracket welded to leg is welded in wrong direction . will update when they get back to me.
Update to the product review: It took a few days thru email, however problem was successfully resolved. Customer service also contacted me and will be providing me with partial refund for my inconvenience. New product received and working well.
