Bought this stand up desk because I kept falling asleep working at home, sitting for 8 hours a day. Assembly wasnt bad, but more photos and stronger Allen wrenches (broke one) would have been better. Also, realized I was missing a part, the synch rod. Called their customer service and was blown away. They sent out the missing piece right away, but it took 2/3 weeks for delivery because it was shipped from China. Because they couldnt get the synch rod to me quicker, they offered me two choices of monitor brackets, FREE! I had purchased brackets on my own, but their options were a LOT better than what I bought. So Im returning my brackets and I received the free brackets from 2/3 days after I got the desk. I could still use the desk to sit at, just couldnt raise it until the missing synch rod delivered. Now, its completely put together with my free monitor brackets, that are 100 articulating, and Im actually looking forward to working today.
