True to color. So comfortable. Perfect for our 8 year old. She loves it so much. It is slightly wobbly, however we plan to add some brackets to strengthen it. Also will have to remove the ceiling fan and get a more flush ceiling light. Took about 3 hours for 2 people to assemble.
