Great product, great service We had to contact customer service about a concern and they remained responsive as we sought an agreeable solution. The backstory: When we assembled it, unfortunately it did not fit our twin mattress, there were gaps we felt were too large and, not safe for our 2 year old who wed hope would use it. It does not appear others have had this problem but I do not believe it was a wrong assembly either. The materials otherwise seemed durable. Again, Responsive customer service to work with.
