I was definitely skeptical to purchase after reading the reviews BUT I love this! It was packaged very well, items inside where also packaged and padded. Inside did not have an odor at all. The velvet can hold a mark easily but all velvet can so I wouldnt allow animals or small kiddos play on it. The assembly was super easy. The color of the legs is aming! Super happy with this and it looks great in the guest room. Absolutely awesome product!!
