Product arrived on time and packaged perfectly. Found the fingerprint scanner to work great. There are 3 ways to open this safe and they all work perfectly. Plus it comes with an emergency battery backupOnly thing i found that could be a negative to some is that the safe should be secured to the wall. But this safe comes with the mounting hardware so thats not a problem If not mounted, when door is open it can tilt and fall towards you. I did mount it and is very sturdy. Overall its a great safe and well worth the price. Better than expected.
