I barely ever write reviews, but wanted to make an exception here (and full disclaimer, I am a private consumer and was not paid or offered anything free to write this review whatsoever).
I ordered my Moutec safe and admittedly did have a few issues with it. However, the Moutec customer service team is absolutely fantastic across the board in terms of response times and helpfulness.not to mention extremely accommodating. They were able to make everything right and now everything is perfect and Im very happy.
Regarding the safe itself, Im very pleased. The size is exactly what I was looking for and its thick enough to provide solid protection. While this obviously isnt a gigantic or super thick safe (and thats not what they are branding it as of course), this is perfect for my needs. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly, but I like the other two options of a numeric code and set of keys to unlock it as well. It has ample space to hold about 5 of my larger guns and the door organizer accessory is a must! Lastly, the built in lockbox at the top of the safe was a nice touch too where you can either store smaller handguns or ammo.
Overall, I would recommend this safe to anyone reading this and in the off/chance you happen to come across any sort of issue with your experience, have 100 confidence in the fact that their customer service is everything you could hope for as they will take care of you promptly. Great!
