Arrived unable to assemble due to pieces without holes Edit: Company responded, it works great now!
Product came with pieces that didnt have holes drilled. Unable to use. Contacted seller and four days later still no response. DO NOT BUY.
Edit: I did not see the sellers response in my messages tab due to it not being connected to my email and my own ignorance. Seller immediately shipped a new piece and followed up with a phone call. My kids love the trampoline so far! beautiful.
