Surprisingly easy to assemble given the amount of pieces and size of the day bed. Materials are constructed well and in good shape out of the box. Trundle rolls easy on carpet (would assume other finishes as well). Holds my weight 250 once constructed. Overall a great option for someone looking to sleep more guests and not take up as much budget or space in any room! Easy to fix.
