So far so good. Had the chair now for about 2 weeks. Had problems getting the arms on, the screw kept rolling instead of having that secure sensation, but then finally realized what I was doing wrong. Otherwise easy, and simple to put together. (BTW, unless it was an older model, that picture posted from July speaking on bonded leather is not the same chair design. The chair I received was as shown in advertisement picture. That chair didnt have a ring around the neck part like a turtle neck, and noticed the torso part didnt curve out, then in, then out, like an hour glass. Im just saying.) I bought chair for my husband, so I do have to use a pillow for my back to be completely comfortable; but again, I bought it for him, and hes Big Tall. Otherwise love color, and design of chair.
