Storage was correct
The bed is aming but this bunk bed only has a 3 storage draw not a 4 storage. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!

Just get a good mattress. We did not and that decreases my satisfaction. The kids (6 and 3) love this bunk bed and the cubbies to hide things away. The bottom trundle bed is not on a track. Its on wheels setting on the floor, so it can be a little frustrating to get it aligned so it will slide back under the bottom bunk. The assembly is time consuming, you will need space and two people at minimum. Functional design

Lot to assemble. Bought for my grandkids exposed wood looks unfinished because its not painted gray. Pointed corner grandchild already hurt from pointed edges . Wood planks also exposed . Bottom storage drawer hard to pull in and out less than I expected. Would not purchase again. They could have made a better quality bed, just a few tweaks could have made for better experience. Tried to explain bad parts on your survey and it sucks, only can type what you want typed bad business Im canceling my subscription not happy at all
Customer service cover it all
I was pretty angry when I receive this item, but the customer service provide a very good response to change my opinion. Order was placed for Thanksgiving family visit but I waited after New Years for assembling. It was busy on holiday seasons I understand, Not fun that my relatives are sleep on the sofa for a month or so. But assembling was very good and Sturdy I could tell, my family was all very please for the quality. maybe I was waiting for several reschedule and dont even want to give it a review Until now. Six months later, when I need to move my bed to other room and asked the seller mail me the manual book, it came back the same day. Customer service is even better than the bed. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
A pain in the a to put together! But worth the money.
I love this bunk bed. I bought it because me and my 7 y.o. daughter live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and I wanted her to have her own bed. Well, It was super hard to put together. The directions are horrible and there are no youtube videos so it took a few times tait apart and reassembling to put in parts that I missed. I ended up paying someone to finish it. But I love it. Its sturdy, has good storage and looks Beautiful in our bedroom! Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
Great bed, super hard to assemble
The bed took HOURS upon hours to assemble because one piece wasnt marked correctly. We ended up having to drill our own holes several times, accompanied by many expletives. The finished product, however, is awesome. Just dont plan on putting this together quickly. Style and purpose

Great bed ,lots of storage ,my girls love it ,wasnt hard to assamble took my husband about 8 hrs just because he did it by himself .Great buy definitely recomend Decent for the price
