Tough to assemble
Perfect. A bit tough and timely to assemble. If you put a screw in wrong the first time youre stuck with a omg way board and the entire bed will not fit together but the screws are VERY hard to tighten and strip easily. So if one is stripped and inserted wrong. well you have to pretty much force the rest together. The directions are not super clear. We made it work but that was after about four hours of assembly time
Off gassing is bad but does go away.
Easy set up. Update: 3 weeks after buying I no longer smell the off gassing smell. So took a few weeks but all is well. I did wipe down with vinegar/water mix but still smelled off gassing for another week. So not sure if that helped. This is a very cute bed but the smell is horrible. We put together 11 days ago and when I leave in the morning I open my daughters window to circulate the air but her room still smells of off gassing. The first day or two was the worst but I dont want to smell that at all. I am going to try and use some vinegar mixed in water and wipe the surfaces down. I will update if that helps.
My kid loves it.
Cute. Loved it, but I needed to make it smaller. Warns no child under 6 I agree. Since my monkey is 3 I couldnt keep it at its reg hight. If he was older it would be perfect. The pic shows it after I shortened its legs. Easy to build and its a very solid bed. I do recommend it.
Great bed
He loves it. Great bed. Easy to make and the stairs are wide so it doesnt hurt your feet climbing in. My 9 year old loves it.
Sturdy and perfect for small spaces
It was easy. This bed is fantastic! Not all the pieces were labeled, so I had to re assemble one section, but otherwise the directions were good, all the pieces arrived in good shape, and I (a petite woman) was able to assemble it by myself (though it would have been a but easier with another person). Its sturdy and doesnt give off any smells.

Good. I love it! You can see some of the nubs and screws on the side but it is not that bad! It is super spacious and perfect if you need alot of storage space! I love it!
Overall Good Product
I loved it. I like that it is very sturdy. It was not very easy to assemble. You need two people to assemble. It did take about 4 hours to put it together.
Great bed, almost perfect.
My Nephew likes it, Almost perfect bed! The materiels seem quality, it arrived packed well in a long, heavy box. The outside was beat up but the pieces were fine. The different screws and pieces were helpfully seperated out, and the instructions were easy to follow. Except! Watch out for pieces that look identical but have very small differences / twice we missed very tiny indications that were not clear in the instructions and made mistakes, thankfully they were easily fixed by drilling new holes on our own. You definitely need a power drill, and a better allen wrench than the one they provide would help, too. Assembled, its very sturdy and is really great, my four/year/old loves it. Plenty of room to play underneath. One complaint is that the top step doesnt have much room for your foot (its ok now but as she gets older and her feet grow they wont fit on the step), see photo. However, based on all the other bed designs I came across, these are a lot better than a lot of other step designs. Overall definitely recommend!
Beautiful yet somewhat disappointing
2 pieces were not labeled, we ended up putting it together wrong and didnt have the right board for the ladder. Leaving me an option of taking apart the entire bed or going to the hardware store to buy an L bracket. Some of the predrilled holes gave me problems, the screws wouldnt catch. Much larger than I thought however it feels a little shaky. A little disappointed for a nearly 300 purchase. Not so stable.
