It makes to much noise
I don’t recommend this product
Poor quality
This bed looks really good but that is the only positive. It is not sturdy. The scews are not holding in place and keep falling out after they were screwed all the way in. I already warned my kids not to jump on it. This bed was for my 3 year old. After the first night she slept in it we found some screws on the floor. Doubt this bed will last 6 months. It’s a shame because it is beautiful but again the quality is terrible.
Not the right color
I ordered light grey, but thus is dark grey and I dont like it. The tufted headboard is not as clean as the pictures. Received it half an hour ago and I already started a return
Good bed. Easy assembly. Wrong upholstery was delivered.
I am unable to return this bed because it is too heavy. I ordered a grey velvet finish and received… not that. The bed itself is nice but I am disappointed in the fact that people don’t pay attention and send the wrong thing. Do better.
Overall Cheap
The bed frame was easy to put together and served it’s purpose as a bed frame. But other than that, color was too dark, quality was lacking and when assembled it felt like some parts of the fabric were stinging my fingers. Would not recommend. Waste of money.
Velvet not linen
The product looks nothing like the photos. It’s very velvet and darker than pictured. Read the reviews for photos of what the product really looks like
Damaged piece but still like the bed
We got this for our almost three year old as her first big girl bed and she loves it; however, one of the leg bases (plastic piece) was cracked and the customer support link provided by does not work so we can’t request a new piece.
Damaged and returned
The product arrived and had a tear in the plastic, but the delivery driver assured me the product hadn’t been damaged. Unfortunately when I opened it, it was ripped about two inches right in the middle on the top-front of the headboard. We wanted a replacement but were only given the options of returning it or keeping it with a $50 credit. Had we been given a larger credit, we may have kept it…but it was in such a noticeable spot, and there wasn’t a seam around the tear to fix it without being blatantly obvious. I really liked it besides the tear and am bummed it didn’t work out.
Warning! Color is NOT as pictured - very disappointed
We loved this trundle bed set. Its very sturdy and well-made, but the color is wayyy off! It showed up as a dark, deep blue, when what is pictured is more of a pale, greyish blue. Looked horrible in our room. So so disappointed. Unfortunately, we put it together before we realized and now have to take it all apart to ship back. There goes 4 hours of my time. Called the manufacturer and they couldnt have cared less that the listing was misleading. Would not recommend unless you dont care about color.
Trundle bed is cheap.
The full bed seems to be good, it looks nice. But the trundle bed came with a very VERY CHEAP WOOD. And it came with lots of cracks. It also looks like they just glued a a bunch of little woods to make one whole piece. We screw the metal that holds the front base and the side of the trundle and when we set it down the screw just came off. And now we might have to see if we could screw the metal in a different part hoping that it holds back. NOT WORTH YOUR IT.
