Aesthetically pleasing, not the most comfortable.
Easy to put together. Looks like its a bridge chair off of TNG however Im 62 and its not the most comfortable chair. I plan on relegating it to a guest chair and buying something else for my daily office chair. Product was just as descriproduct

Still Great Quality Comfortable
Update (April 2021)! Ive had this chair nearly a year, and its still like new. Comfortable, supportive, sturdy and easy to maneuver. I am very happy with this purchase! (It has also survived a few scratches from my cats as they jump into my lap / the material doesnt tear easily and the marks rub out pretty well.) Original Review (May 2020): Ive been sitting in this chair for about 30 minutes, and I can already tell its a keeper! It took about 10 minutes to assemble out of the box (by myself) / very easy. The lumbar and neck support are perfect, and the chair feels very sturdy. It manuevers easily and feels super stable as well. The seat has great cushioning, but also firm enough to give good support. I can also sit criss/cross comfortably, so its roomy for various positions throughout the day. The PU leather is soft and seems to be very good quality. And the style and color are exactly as expected. Very classic and perfect for my Mid/Century Modern/style home! Super happy with this purchase! Well worth the investment for the number of hours Ill spend in this chair.

Less than two years and breaking down
Do your self a favor, spend/invest your money and purchase yourself a real leather chair.less than two years of ownership and both the head rest and arm rest PU leather is crumbling and falling apart. 200+ down the drain.
Recliner is broken
I have assembled the chair according to instructions, but the recliner does not work. The chair is unable to recline. Either Im not figuring out something or the recliner is broken.

We loved this chair, but at first the piece in the bottom can broken so I returned and reordered it. The new chair had the same problem. We loved this chair and didnt want to give up so we decided to contact directly and they were wonderful. They sent me the broken piece and now the chair looks wonderful. We are very happy. It was worth the wait! Cute and good quality
Wow, what a difference.
Due to the need for social distancing, Ive been working from home since last week. I didnt want to splurge on buying a new chair since I have an extra dinning chair that looks perfect in the home office. After a few days, however, my back and neck start aching really bad. This is the nicest cream color chair I could find on . The assembly was tough. Someone said it took 15 mins. I did it all by myself and it took much longer. However, this chair is SO comfortable. It has both lower back and neck support. Given how many house Ill be sitting on it, this is a no brainer and cant be happier with the purchase. I dont like writing reviews but feel responsible for spreading the words since it works for me. On installation, you can learn from my mistakes: (1) the wheels are not broken. just push really, really hard into the base. youll break a sweat but you can do it!, and (2) read the instruction carefully when you install the adjustment bar on the bottom of the chair. I reversed the front/back and didnt realize it until afterwards, which was pretty frustrating. You dont have to go through that. Just pay attention to the instruction.
