    3 years counting

My 6 year has been sleeping in this bed for 3 years now and its still in perfect condition. Yes, its cheaper material but what do you expect when you pay less than 200? And for all you complaining about putting it together, let me just say that I drug the boxes up the stairs by myself and then put the entire thing together by myself when I was 7 months pregnant and didnt have any issues. I give it 5 stars because it cost less than 200 and has lasted over 3 years. look great reliable.

Tons of storage it is great in my guest

Was not the easiest to put together but I was able to do it all by myself so that was a big plus. Tons of storage it is great in my guest room The price is reasonable though.

    Great for the price

Overall, I am quite satisfied with this bed: my son has used it for over 4 years and it held up during 2 major out/of/state moves. The additional storage is a sufficient enough for storing anything from small toys to clothing and bedding. Ive also purchased the bookshelf headboard that provided more space for additional toys and books as well as a night lamp. There were small chips on the corners after couple of years of wear and tear, but I must say that it held up pretty well. PLEASE NOTE: if you are looking for a high end quality bed / this might not be one for you, but if you are not willing to spend a thousand dollars on a twin bed / this is a good option: sleek, has tons of storage, color is close to the photo, and at A GREAT PRICE. its very nice and I love the color. Worth it

It takes a long time to put together. Even wiith multiple persons working on it.

Id brought 2 for my children. Although it took me 2 days to put them together, when Id finally finished, I was satisfy. for now. Hopefully they can stand up for more than 6 months. Its been almost 2 months. Lets see. stay tune. Reading the instructions, however, was the most frustrating. There were no words, just pictures, lol. Thats really what took so long putting it together. Trying to figure out what screw 23 was and where it went into, lol. UPDATE!!! Well, it didnt quite make it to 6 months. The front panel of the bed cracked in half. And in doing so, the pegs also broke off. Mind you my son only weighs 120 pounds. It all started when he d tried fixing one of the drawers because it wasnt in straight. It wasnt until a few days later that we notice the crack. Id out gorilla glue on it, but I didnt help. The next thing we know it was broken. So to the manufacture. is there any way I can get a brand new panel to put on the bed; along with the pegs that had came with it. UPDATE!!!! I need to talk to someone on getting a replacement part for my sons bed. If anyone knows to contact the seller, please let me know. Thanks. great for guests

Best kids bed. Low profile and footprint.

This bed was so good for our daughter that two years later, we bought one for our son. Overall, great quality for the price. I will say, that you will want to replace the drawer handles since they are very sharp. When the kids slide off the bed, they will eventually scrape themselves on the handles. What we did for our daughter, was put foam around the handles. When we bought our second one, i just went out to ace hardware and bought some new handles. Couldnt find any that would fit in the existing holes so drilled some new ones and bought some wood filler form a squeeze bottle. There is a matching paint stain marker that comes with the bed, so i stained the wood filler and no one notices. Bed does take awhile to put together, but anyone can do it. Just give yourself 3 hours of time. We love both the beds and the first one after 2.5 years is holding up great and we get plenty of compliments on the look of the bed. The espresso color allows you to buy some very colorful bed spreads that just pop. The drawers have tons of space and move freely in and out. Seems sturdy enough

a bed that had storage and was somewhat aesthetically nice. After I had made the purchase

I had gone ahead and purchased this bed without really reading the reviews because all I was concerned with was getting a bed that had storage and was somewhat aesthetically nice. After I had made the purchase, I freaked out when I read the reviews here; would it come damaged. Would it collapse on me the moment I lay on it. I seriously think this is a case of people who like it forget to review and people who dislike it are a lot more vocal because i had absolutely NO problems with this bed at all. everything came perfectly intact, assembly was dumb easy and took 1.5 hours total, and it felt extremely sturdy! for reference: im a 146lb 57 22yo and i slept on the bed with someone else roughly my size if a bit taller/leaner the very first night we assembled it, and we had no problems whatsoever. no creaking, no rocking, no signs of instability, and we had just got done watching paranormal activity, so we were screaming and bouncing around. (at least no demons could come from under the storage, right) assembly was stupidly easy, and even if the directions are textless, they were extremely easy to follow. theres a valid criticism that they include no tools / thankfully i had a supply of my own screwdriver and hammer, but anyone who doesnt have a toolbox might be stalled for a while. yes, the storage drawer reels are plastic. but all three of my drawers are packed to the brim / i literally have to shove my clothes down to close them properly / and not only are they staying on their tracks just fine, but the bottom board isnt bowing, either. i have to open and close the drawers every day when i get changed and etc. and im not exactly a gentle person, and there have been no signs of ripping off the tracks, or breaking or bowing or generally destroying itself. the moral of the story here is: its a good product, i thoroughly enjoy it, it holds up EXTREMELY well against the reviews ive read, and my only worry is that when i move next, im gonna have to disassemble and reassemble it all because its a tad heavy. im not discounting the bad reviews on here / s happens / but im certain a majority of them are from rich white parents who have never had to assemble their own beds before and got frustrated/did something wrong in the process to warrant the bed being unstable and decided to take it out on . Thank you.

Very sturdy bed for the price

Very sturdy bed for the price. This bed has held a guest over 230 lbs who spent the night. Well, I dont know if theres any cracks anywhere, but the bed is still standing! The only thing is that with the knobs/drawers on the side of the bed, you must be cautious that the drawer is closed fully or be careful of the knobs. getting out the bed may cause you to accidentally lacerate your leg against either. I do like the look of the bed though. Very cute for my son, whos 100 lbs. No problems with it so far Would recommend and buy again
