Cheap flimsy wicker
Received this item, started putting it together. Noticed that the wicker is already broke and the cross braces are bent. The wicker is very thin and flimsy. Much cheaper made than the rest of our wicker furniture. Update: Seller contacted me and sent a replacement. Good customer service. Really well made,would buy again!!!

First of all these chairs are wonderful. We had an issue with some components and their fit, the seller was instrumental in resolving these issues in a timely manner and went above and beyond for customer service. Would recommend them in any purchase. Sturdy and amazing for the cost!
Great purchase
I am very pleased with the quality of the lounges and cushion. The cushion is not super thick but does look like the picture and is comfortable to sit on. The lounge is very sturdy. My husband assembled so I cant comment on the ease of assembly but he had no problems. I am going to store these inside over the winter so I anticipate them lasting a long time. I would purchase again.
two items came over two days, otherwise adequate.
after a delivery glitch everything is good. comfortable - this is not a forever piece of furniture but suspect it will last a few years. second one took some wrestling and tension to assemble but seems ok. Amazing, really love it
