Amazing customer service
My 2 year old absolutely loves her bed! It had about a week timeframe window on when it would arrive and it arrived a day before the first estimated day. It was very easy to assemble and sturdy. Both my husband and I have laid in the bed with my daughter all at the same time (he is 220lb, I am 140, she is 32) and have had no issues. The only downside is the footboard cracked when we screwed in one of the screws. It is still useable, still sturdy and does not interfere with the bed but for the money we spent, we were bummed. I messaged the company right and they fixed the issue. The customer service received was amazing.
Adorable bed but not the best instructions
Love this bed for my toddler. Hubby said it was easy to build but it is frustrating if you put a part in the wrong spot. Instructions were not that helpful so definitely dont recommend unless you know how to build without instructions. Would give 5 stars if they were more clear and easy to use.
Adorable Bed
This bed is adorable... it was a nightmare to put together though. In the end it was worth it, definitely for the price but get your self a glass of wine and some patience because you'll need both to put them together. I love the bed as did my daughter so overall we are happy with it. Instructions were a bit hard to follow and it comes in 2987349 pieces. Again you've been warned... but for an adorable trundle bed at this price, its worth it in my opinion. Myself, my husband, and my daughter have all been in the bed at the same time so I do have to say its quite sturdy which we are very happy with.

Wonderful purchase
Great bed for the price. Trundle is a bit difficult to pull in and out, but I attribute that to the thick carpet its sitting on. So glad I went with this particular bed. It looks great in my retro entertainment room.

Excellent product!!! Sturdy, thick - easy to put together (def needs 2 people at least for main bed/be sure to follow directions) MUCH better than I expected. One problem, tho, is that part of the description or another users review said it can fit 8 mattress. I recommend dont go higher than 6
A great bed for the price.
The only downside is that if you don't look closely at installing the slats, you can possibly break the bed. The support boards have a board screwed into them and if you don't notice them it could be bad. When you screw the slats into the bed frame you can screw them into the other section with a screw which will weaken the bed.
Awesome buy!
I purchased this bed only after sifting through a hundred reviews. I reviewed many types of beds but kept coming back to this one. Its solid wood and I was looking for something that would be durable last. My hubby put it together in an hour. The slats to the bed were tedious because you had to screw the hardware in. Were using this for our guest room. We also purchased the mattress through it looks amazing! Cant wait for our first guest to try it. If youre wondering if it will look like the picture, wonder no more. What you see is what you get and its absolutely gorgeous in person. Hope this helps. A. Ray
A good buy for transitioning out of a crib. Low to the floor.
The instructions are not so simple. Sort of confusing. Seems to be sturdy. I hope he doesnt fall into that little crack. Maybe an XL twin fits best.
UPDATED REVIEW: SELLER REMEDIED ISSUE re: Missing Part / Unable to Assemble
UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I reached out to via phone and email. Once they received my email, they immediately gave me a call and offered to ship me replacement parts on a rushed basis at no cost with no questions asked. Their customer service was wonderful and they have provided me with tracking information for the replacement part. Assuming the right part arrives, this will be an awesome piece of furniture! As I mentioned in my original review, the bed itself is very attractive and made of nice solid wood. ----- ORIGINAL REVIEW: When putting the bed together, my husband and I determined that we received two of the same legs/bases so we are not able to properly assemble the bed as one of the legs now faces the wrong direction for assembly. Additionally, this item does not have a get product support option so our only option is to repackage all pieces and return the extremely heavy package. We otherwise really like the product and hope the Seller can make it right. If so, we will revise our review accordingly!
