base of chair had a drip of glue on base and when you scrape it off, it left a white spot on top of circular base, and a crack in the ottomen curved piece of wrapped that is very noticeable
Comfortable recliner with not enough cushioning
The chair was easy to assembly but lacks cushioning for longer stretches of sitting.
Leans back crily
I thought this chair was the same as a similar chair I had that had worn out. Its not / its considerably taller and a bit narrower, with lower armrests, which is on me for not figuring out from the measurements, I guess, but does mean I cant easily reach the floor with my feet while seated and am slightly more cramped when I want to cross my legs and have more trouble supporting my elbows when Im nursing a baby. And also when I assembled it it was tilted considerably back in its least reclined position. This isnt exactly uncomfortable, if what I want to do is inspect my ceiling or take a nap, but if I want to look at my laptop its extremely unfriendly to that aim. I wound up propping up the back end of the base with a couple inches of books, which doesnt help with the height problem at all but at least gets the angle more tolerable. Even with the adjustment wheel tightened all the way, its very easy to accidentally further recline the chair back by changing position in the seat. Or by trying to swivel; it *can* swivel, but only with moderate reluctance. The only reason I havent returned this chair is that it would have required disassembling it again and packing it back up; and in the time since then my old chair broke down to the point where its dangerous to sit in, so now I have to use this one until I find an actually good chair that meets my needs.
Good thing that I own many tools
Now that the product is assembled and in use I like it but I had to drill four holes that were missing for the armrests and provide my own bolts to fasten the armrests to the steel armrest supports. I had to cannibalize the old chair before I threw it out to use the screws from its armrests. Four screws of the proper length were missing in addition to the missing holes to attach the armrests. Other than this, the chair is satisfactory. Somebody else might have complained and sent the chair back but after going through all this effort I was determined to make it work. Lots of blood, sweat, and tears buts its done. It wasnt the sellers fault but whoever inspected and packed this did a piss poor job. I DO NOT recommend this product !!!

DARK BROWN looks nice
Nice chair, shipped in two boxes. Not so easy instructions to follow. I did not realize it would be so long to the ground. But compact comfortable reclines with foot 0ttoman. Chairs swivel is stiff. Im tiny so its a big enough chair for me. Top of headrest is kind of bulkier at top if you are really short. But at least not likely to fall askeep in it like ly boy type trcliner. im recommend so far. i would have liked it in grey.
